Kosovo people want and deserve the same opportunities, defenses and rights as all other citizens of our continent. Therefore, when we invite Kosovo policy makers to focus on reforms, issues of importance to people and their daily lives, you need to know that we do this because we want Kosovo to succeed. Conducting elections pursuant to international standards is an important contribution to achieving this goal."
